Hi I need to repair the sash cords on my windows and would like to see if you can identify the window company and the parts needed etc directions

Hello! Looks like you need a new balance. We actually sell a ton of different balance configurations ourselves, but I can't quite tell what you have from these pictures.

Would it be possible to see a clear picture of the stamp and the shoe at the end of the cord? These are important details and will allow us to narrow down the list of possible replacements by a huge amount. Thank you!
