I need to order some of these, and i cant tell which one it is

Your exact top sash guide is no longer available, unfortunately. The good news is, the 18-009 will work to replace it but you will need to shave down the tabs on the top for the installation. This is so the guides will sit flush on the sash.

Our senior experts have successfully completed this repair, so we are confident it will work. That said, keep in mind, altered parts cannot be returned/refunded per our return policy.
