sash guide

Please help I am trying to identify a sash guide for a single hung window, insulated, aluminum, only the bottom sash moves up and down, the sash guide centers the sash and catches onto the balance rod, the home is in Tennessee, there is no ID on the windows, I think they are 6 to 12 years old. I tried to use the submission form but an error occured. Please see the attached photos. Thank you.

The part is approx 1 3/8" tall, the cap is approx 15/16" x 1 1/16".
