sash guide for S390-30

Hi, I am looking for a top sash guide to replace the one in the attached images. I plan to use it with the S390-30 channel balance. If you do not have the exact sash guide can you suggest one that would work?

At this time, we have the 18-171 top sash guide, which matches your dimensions, except that our part is missing the flat "cap" on top. We don't believe this small difference is important, as long as you are sure that the part is the same size.
