sash guide for Series 385 balance

Question

I ordered Series 385 balances for a window that also needs sash guide replacements.The width is 5/8" for the most part with the top width being about 7/16". The length is about 1 3/4". There are two holes. The top hole is between 9/16" and 5/8" from the top and the second hole is about 1 1/8" from the top.

Hello! Take a look at our 18-171. This is the closest match we have for this top sash guide, as your exact type is no longer made. I know the top is a little tall, but you should be able to cut it down to size. Let me know what you think.
