Thanks for your post! The window balance you have here can be replaced with either the S351-31 or the S390-31. To determine the correct balance, you'll need to measurement depth of the shoe.

For your 30A stamp, I suggest the 3010 option (supports 7 to 12lbs) and for the 30B stamp, the 3020 option (supports 12 to 16lbs). Although, you may want to double check that your sashes fall between those weight ranges.
