We'd be happy to help but we can't recommend a replacement with confidence since we can only see the top of your guide in your pictures. Removing an undamaged top sash guide is the only way to compare the style and dimensions to our replacement options. Once you have one removed, I'd recommend starting with our 18-1294P top sash guide pair since the top is a similar shape, but it's very important that you compare the style and dimensions to see if this could work for you.
