For your top sash guide, have a look at our 18-188. Carefully review our measurements and see what you think. As for your channel balance, we need to see another photo showing the nylon fitting on the opposite end of the balance in order to make a determination on a replacement.

Thank you for the photos. Your balance closely resembles both our Series 351 and Series 390. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom balance shoe. The depth of the bottom balance shoe for the Series 351 is 1" and for the Series 390 is 1-1/8". Measure your bottom shoe the way it is shown on the product page to determine which balance is a better match. When measuring the length of the balance, make sure to measure from metal to metal excluding the nylon fittings. There should also be some sort of stamping or marking on the balance to determine which option to choose. If there is not, you will need to weigh the sash on a scale and refer back to the sash weight chart listed on the product page. Please get back to us if any other questions come up.
