sash guide and window roller

Thanks for your patience in this matter. We have found a replacement for this window roller, though it is not currently in our catalog. We hope to have it soon and I will let you know the moment it is available.

I'm afraid we have not been able to find the guide, however. I'm not sure if it's something we can replace.
