Sash Guides Don't Match

I recently purchased S390 balances and 18-166 top sash guides.
While the balances went in nicely and are working fine, it turns out the top sash guides are not a good fit.
But they're the closest match I see on your page. What can I do?

Before we dive into this discussion with you, may we have the width, depth and overall length of the guide?

See our 18-199. The dimensions are very close, but double-check them yourself in comparison to your old guide and let us know if you think this might work for you.
