Original sash liners of aluminum. Sash double hung and each sash 1 3/4" thick. Want to replace liners with plastic as originals are sticky. Overall width of original liners is 3 1/4", overall height is about 62" in length.
All liner dimensions measuring from the same starting point (datum) being outside edge to the feature's inside edge:
1/2" groove
13/16" flat top
1 3/8" groove
1 7/8 flat top
2 3/8" to groove
2 7/8" flat top
3 1/4" groove
Need at least 28 pieces to start for this particular job.
