The dimensions seem to match, although your image 1 looks like it bows a bit on the outside. Also, looking for black and image 1 looks gray.

Hello! If the hole placement matches then it doesn't really matter what the shape is. As long as you don't mind that it looks different then it will function the same way.

As for color, the 90-318 is neither black nor gray, but instead dark bronze. We unfortunately don't have a version of this lock in black. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
