Thanks for getting back to us. The keeper has elongated holes but the lock itself doesn't, so we would need to know the exact hole center spacing for the lock as well. 

Unfortunately, we were not able to locate a suitable replacement for the hybrid lock shown in your photo. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
