Question

Screw holes on locks and keepers are each 2 1/4" center-center.

Underside of lock body has raised "1527".
Top of lock body has raised "LOCK".
Underside of lock cam has raised "1490".

Underside of keeper has raised "1513".

Lock body and keeper are each 2 7/8" long.

Your sweep lock looks like it could be the 90-180 2-1/4" Window Sash Lock. The compatible keeper is part 90-183. Carefully look over the dimensions for each part. Compare them to your existing hardware to confirm that this is the right fit for your sash. If the measurements are not a match, I will need to know your exact dimensions, written out.
