sash release buttons

they are finger tabs that release the sash on my porch windows-there is no brand names or numbers anywhere on the windows that I could find-1" long, 1/4" wide and  5/8 inch total height.Tabs are close to 5/16" long and there is about 1/8" between them. They squeeze together to fit into the sash.
