sash release sought

A home owner from maryland says:

We are looking for a replacement clip to lock the upper sash in place. The windows are 30+ years old and we believe they were GE windows but we don't see markings on the windows.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry a latch actuator that installs like yours. Your best bet would be to convert to a surface mounted replacement option. Take a look at the video below for more information. Thank you!
