sash replacement hardware for double hung windows

I found the code number from my broken sash part and none of your replacement parts carry the same number.My code # is 8254.I'm also not sure of the brand of window I have, we purchased them 13 years ago?

Were you just looking for the pivot shoe? if so, see our 15-167. Just make sure our dimensions match up to yours.
