sash replacements and balance

Question

I have a Kinro single tilt window. It looks like the plastic parts are broke because it will not hold the spirals down. It appears to be a S900 series. The measurements are 3/8 diameter, 29 in in lenght and the color looks to be orange? My mobile home was built in 2003. no at Kinro can help me replace the parts. If I can not replace these window parts then Im looking to replace the whole window. I hoping that these parts will work. If so I will order more.

I think the part you're looking for is the pivot shoe. See our 15-134 for a possible match, just make sure the dimensions are the same. Depth and width are most important.
