Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-228. The determining factor will be how the dimensions compare to yours.

We do not carry an exact match for your pivot bar, unfortunately, but we do have a few options with one horn instead of a T-end that should fit in your pivot shoe. Take a look at the 26-021, 26-241, and 26-444, comparing the measurements below to yours. Thank you!

Thanks the pivot shoe is perfect. The pivot bar has different dimensions for the holes. Additionally thee are flanges at the end of the bar come off in both directions. Not sure if this matters if it will work with the new pivot shoe

Past customers with the Plygem windows have used the 15-228 pivot shoe and 26-021 pivot bar as replacements. We do not have a pivot bar with the same flanges, as Casey mentioned, but that shouldn't be a dealbreaker since it will still fit the cam of the 15-228 pivot shoe.
