sash spring balance

Question

Hi,

My bathroom window doesn't stay up. seems like the coil spring is broken, see pictures. I have no other information except those pictures that I can provide. What replace parts (I guess I need replace the whole thing, so spring, support, and pivot shoe) should I buy?

Hello,

I'd recommend removing your hardware from the window and comparing the 15-180 pivot shoe, which uses the S190 coil spring, as well as the related items on the pivot shoe product page to yours. Thank you!
