sash tilt pin question

Hello, I need to know what sash or tilt pin goes with 15-211 17/32" thick pivot shoe part number. my original tilt pin or bar does not match my new pivot shoes(15-211). Thank you so much for your help. I uploaded some photos of my old pin and the new pivot shoes.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 15-211 is designed to work with the Series 900 spiral balance. However, it appears you have the Series 770 channel balance based on the terminal clip I see here. We've never seen the S770 use this type of shoe so we believe you have the wrong part. We're happy to help ID the proper pivot shoe but we must see the original removed from the window.

We have seen the 15-211 used with the 26-297 and 26-326 in some cases but this is by no means a guarantee. They're very different from your old pivot bar and we aren't confident they'd fit in your sash and you would likely have to drill new holes in the window sash.
