I found that the left top sash guide is broken. Please, help to identify the part number. I uploaded pictures of the broken one (left side and top) and the one that seems to be intact (right one, side view)

Thanks for writing in! This exact top sash guide is no longer available but the 18-009 will work to replace it, with modifications. To complete the installation, you'll need to shave down the tabs on the top of the guide so that it sill sit flush in the channel.
