A handy person from Lehigh Acres, Florida says:
I ordered 2 window 29 inch series 380 channel balance and 2, 18-180 top sash guide but the window still falls down. the stamp on the broken balance is 28D you must have sent the wrong balance What one do I need?

Thank you for contacting us. We have reviewed your previous order with us. Back in 6/15/2016 on order #76913, you ordered Series 380-29" with a spring weight (2810). (2810) spring weight has a sash weight range 7-12 lbs. The original balance had a stamped number 28D that would be our (2840) for a sash range 23-28 lbs. Please weigh your sash to see if it matches (2840).Please get back to us and let us know if you should need any additional assistance.
