sash weight & flow balancer

A home owner from florida says:
non tilt sash S351-22 flow balancer.stamp no balancer is 21-12 BSI.Sash weight is 50# ?. what option do I need for correct spring? thanks Mark,

Good morning, Mark. Thanks for posting. Can you please confirm the weight of your window sash? 50 pounds is a lot for a 22" channel balance. Can you also confirm how many balances are used for each sash? I would also like to know how many springs are in each channel. If your sash is, indeed, that heavy, then we may be working with a custom set up, and I will need more information.

this is a heavy window and the spring looks to be a double spring. a spring inside of a spring. and channel on each side of the window of course.
