sash window channel balance

Looking at product code s312-29 but not sure of the stamp option to select. The part I'm replacing is stamped 28b usb

Thanks for posting. I'm a little confused. We don't carry a product with the code S312-29. Can you confirm what you need? I see you were looking at our S351-29, could that be what you mean?

If so, a stamp of 28B usually corresponds to our 2820 option. Just in case, you may want to weigh your sash. We have a chart on the S351-29 store page which you can use as a reference.
