My metal piece (U-channel) that holds the spring is exactly 32" long. The width of the channel is 1/2". The legs of the channel are also 1/2"
The locking shoe has this stamped on it (hard to read, this is my best guess)

I need all components for each side of two windows. Windows do tilt out. hook for string to clip onto is at the top of the window frame. The top window is stationary. It is not designed to slip down.

To further review for a replacement, we will need to see the original balance, balance shoe and hook at the top to confirm the Series you have. Please also provide any number/letter markings on the metal channel. Thank you!
