sashes are not properly balanced

Hello,

I have double hung windows, my cam pivot were bent or broken, I was able to use your 17-093 cam pivots, they work perfectly. Some of my sashes are not properly balanced, I was wondering if you sell the springs and "upper yokes" in the ribbed channel separately or only as assemblies?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell the springs or pulley system for balances separately, unfortunately. We'd be happy to identify your balances but we will need to see an undamaged version removed from the window along with any attachments.
