scissor crank replacement

Question

Is there a simple support mechanism for a window the pushes out from the bottom? The scissor crank is broken and I'd rather have a simple support than the scissors crank

To further review, are you able to provide pictures of your original crank operator and arms? We usually recommend sticking with the original hardware style for the correct function, but once we see the style we can take a further look. Thank you!
