This appears to be an older style corner. I think I might recognize this, but if I'm right then it's not something we can offer.
Before I say anything for sure, can you please tell me how thick the frame is? Can you also tell me if you know the brand of the window? Thanks!

i believe 1/4. My house was built in 1999, in Southern California, D R Horton was the builder, so it is a tract home, no upgrades

Thank you! So, we don't sell a 1/4" corner in this style. The closest match I was able to find in our inventory was the 95-266, but this is made for a 3/8" frame, not 1/4". You may want to triple check that just to be sure.
