We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of your corner fully removed from the screen, as well as write out the exact thickness of the frame opening where the corner installs, to research your replacement options. Thank you!

Take a look and compare the dimensions of the 95-218 corner latch for 5/16" screen frames to your part. Thanks for posting!

mine is actually 3/4 x 5/16 and has that lip on it.

Unfortunately, your corner key with the overlap and slide bolt is no longer available. We do carry the 95-264 with the slide bolt but it does not have that overlap your corner has. I believe this is the only replacement option that we could provide for your repair.
