screen corner with tab

Hi , I'm looking to find replacement screen corners like the ones in the picture. They have little tabs that you can flip out to hold the screen in place and flip in to remove the screen. The screen is mounted inside the house, do you have anything that might replace these? Thanks!

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your screen corner uninstalled, as well as confirm the exact thickness of the opening in the frame where the part installs, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thanks for your reply, here are some more photos, hopefully these help. The slot that the tab goes into is 1/8 inch wide

I'm sorry for the confusion but what we would need to see is the corner removed from the screen frame, not the screen removed from the window.
