Are you able to help me with these screen door rollers? I found some but they are on a straight bar rather than the rounded corners like these are.

I'm afraid not. The company who made your screen door (Bayform) went out of business a long time ago and nobody ever picked up production of their hardware. There are no known substitutes and I do not know of anyone who would still have stock. You're not going to have an easy time finding these. Personally, I think it's time for a new screen door.
