Your screen door roller looks a lot like the 84-024 Screen Door Roller Assembly. The nylon wheel has a 1" diameter and a 1/4" thickness. 

To determine if this is the right replacement, you'll need to carefully review the diagrams below.

My apologies, I'm afraid we would not be able to provide you with this roller, made with a steel wheel. We also do not sell any 1" steel wheels separately from any of our rollers.

If you are able to find a 1" wheel, you may be able to swap it out. Take a look at our video tutorial below for reference.
