Start by reviewing our 84-091M. Look over the dimensions and see if you think this matches what you need.

I've seen that part around, it's 3/8" (0.375in), and it is a little bit wider than I would like it to. Anything narrower?

I'm afraid we've never been able to find a thinner version of this roller, though we've tried numerous times. You could possibly file the cut out in the screen door to accept the extra thickness; we've done that before in similar situations.
