Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. It looks like this roller broke off of something. Can you show us a photo of the rest of the part? Could we see an undamaged version of a complete roller assembly?

It doesn't look like we've received any emails from you on our end. However, I'm sorry to say that I can't ID your roller when it's installed. Seeing the complete assembly fully removed from the door is the best way for us to confirm whether we have a match. We have the 84-028 and 84-152 roller assemblies but there isn't a way for us to confirm if either of these is what you need.
