Thank you for your video. Unfortunately I found you too late and was charged $90. by Pella (which also included their shipping for 40 screen plungers. I also needed 40 sill screws for the screens which have a ball head. Pella was willing to sell me individually 100 screws at a cost of $1.91 a piece - do the math! Fortunately, I foung the same screws for a NICKEL apiece.

I had planned on replacing all my newly purchased windows next spring with Pella. After having to deal with Pella/Gunton and having heard several direct anecdotes from others I will not be dealing with Pella.
