screw for pivot shoe

A quick learner from Ohio says:
I have identified 15-118 as the pivot shoe I need.
My version has a screw apparently to tighten the grip on the tip of the balancer or to keep it from slipping out.
I have sent a picture of the screw on an installed shoe
Also sent a picture of the broken shoe with the plastic broken where the screw fits.
Your balancer inserted.
Do I have the right balancer with two prongs instead of one.
Does the replacement shoe come with a screw or do I need to just make do by finding my own screw.

Thanks for posting. You can probably get that screw at your nearest hardware store. Ask for a #6 X 3/8" truss head screw.

If your old pivot shoe measures 1-1/4" wide by 9/16" thick, then I recommend our 15-188. However the Series 900 spiral balance with a 3/8" diameter tube doesn't normally go with this one. I would check the diameter of your outer tube just to be sure.
