these seem to a #6 thread with a #4 head.  where I can buy them?

Thanks for reaching out! We generally suggest using the original screws to reinstall these on the sash. Your best bet would be to visit a local hardware store with the existing screw. They should be able to match them up to provide you with the right size or provide you with an assortment pack of screws.
