secures stationary side of sliding glass door

A friend from Gilbert, AZ or Prescott, AZ says:
This piece screws into the frame of a sliding glass door and secures the stationary side. It is dark tan (light-ish brown), but color not significant. Photo 4a shows it in place. Cannot find markings on the door or frame to identify a manufacturer. Thanks for any ideas!

Hello. Once upon a time we did offer a similar replacement bracket, Since then, the door manufacturer companies have switched to vinyl with a completely different panel bracket and they've continued this bracket. We still offer some 80-003 securing bracket, if you may be interested. Perhaps you could modify it in a way where it can fit to your door. Take a look and let us know what you think.
