How do you charge a Series 200 red tip spiral tube balance with an attached 15-010 shoe, for a non-tilt window.

What you could do is to use a set of long nose pliers like our 75-055. Then, you can twist and turn the shoe into the sash clip. You can also use your hand if you don't have to put much pressure on it.
