the metal nipple on the bottom of my tilt window sash that inserts into the pivot shoe rusted out on my window.  do you offer this item? thx, craig

It sounds like you might be referring to the pivot bar, but I'm not sure. I'll need a photo of an undamaged version in order to determine whether or not we can supply it.
