Wondering if you sell a hinge that matches the attached photos. Somehow the shoe came out of the track and for the life of me I cannot figure out how, nor how to get it back on track, since none of the fasteners unscrew.
The side that attaches to the window is exactly 7 inches. The side that attaches to the frame is 8 inches. The shoe should technically be on track.

This looks like a very old style hinge. I'm not sure if any of ours can work. If there's any product we carry that can, it would be our 36-048. I recommend watching the video below to confirm if this will be compatible with your window.
