shoe pivot

need help to get this shoe pivot part the spiral was 20" red 3/8 till, i am sure about the spring part but not about the shoe. if you can add the same amount of parts to my order oir i can order later this parts . thank you

Thank you for reaching out to us! I can't identify your pivot shoe from this photo alone. In order for me to do so, I would need to see a photo of an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window including the written-out thickness and width.
