The pivot shoe could be either our 15-218 or 15-220, depending on how the dimensions compare. However, I am afraid we don't replace jamb liner spring systems. If it's for a wood window, you can try contacting a millwork in your area. They should be able to set you up with the right replacements. Thanks for posting!
