shoe and balance replacement

Question

Can you help me with identifying parts for aluminum window repairs.
1) shoe 15/16" wide and 1 7/8 to 1 15/16 long
2) balance which is 30" long, no color on end, 7/16 wide
3) tool to add tension to balance
4) best lubricant to use on tracks that shoe travels in

Please review and double check dimensions of the 15-045 pivot shoe to start. This shoe is commonly used with the Series 900 spiral that has a 3/8" diameter tube. Please double check dimensions to confirm a good fit!

If the original balance does not have a colored tip, you will need to weigh the window sash and compare to the strength chart on the lengths/series product page to choose the correct colored tip that indicates the strength of the spring.
