do you have these shoes? Also, the balances are 28c N BSI stamped. 9/16" wide. I think they are 770's? I don't have sash stops and think i will need to cut away part of the rail to get them out. At the top of the window channel?

Please start by reviewing the 15-135 pivot shoe. Once the shoe is removed from the channel, measure the width and thickness to confirm a good fit!

If there is no opening for removal, see the video below for assistance. I agree that your balance resembles the Series 770 channel balance. Based on the stamp, the length should measure 28 inches long with a 28C stamp option.
