Thanks for posting! Your pivot shoe looks like it could either be the 15-210 Corner Locking Pivot Carrier or the 15-231 Corner Locking Pivot Carrier. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you will need to remove the shoe to compare the dimensions. Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to get accurate measurements with the shoe still installed in the channel.

The most notable difference is the thickness of the shoes; this measurement includes the corner lock.

The tilt latch you have reminds me of the 26-243 Tilt Window Latch and its opposite handed version, 26-244. To determine if these are the correct replacement for your latch, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.
