shower door sweep with drip replacement

My old part is only 24 inches long. Is this product easily cut to fit my shower? Also, does it need some sort of adhesive to stay in place?

The 10-336 can be cut, yes. I would recommend using a hacksaw for that. Adhesive isn't always necessary, but if it doesn't stay on then you could possibly use a type of adhesive like a clear silicone caulk.
