side balance for vinyl windows

Not many markings but it looks like a 31.5" balance. I ordered some previous which are the wrongs size, and now need to send back but thought you might help me get the right replacements

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Can you just confirm how many you need? In the meantime, we'll look into the availability of this balance.
