Hey there!

It looks like you could have either our S380-14 or S385-14 channel balance. These two parts may look almost identical but each one has a different bottom shoe depth. See the image below. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. You will also need the 1320 strength option.
